Same day delivery available
For same day delivery please place your order:
Monday to Friday: Before 2pm
Saturday: Before 11am
Please check your delivery details before placing an order. Including a phone number for the recipient is a great assistance to our courier if there are any delivery problems. Also include the business name, floor number or suite if appropriate. If you have a specific request mention this in the ‘Special Instructions’ section. For example: “Leave at back door if no one home” or “Phone prior to delivery”.
If we are unable to deliver the flowers due to an incorrect address we will phone you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. If the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, we can not accept any responsibility for such loss. We will always endeavour to ensure the flowers reach the correct person however it is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate information at the time of ordering.
If the recipient is not home the gift will be left at the recipients front or back door if our couriers deem it safe to do so. Otherwise, we will leave a calling card asking the recipient to call us to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply. Security Gates and Apartments Please advise us in the ‘special instructions’ section if there is a security gate at the property we are delivering to. Always include the recipients phone number as we will need to arrange a time for delivery.
We always phone the hospital to check the patient is still in residence before we deliver your gift. Please assist us by supplying the full name of the patient when ordering flowers for a hospital. E.g.: Melinda Brown (Nee Jones) rather than Mel Brown. Please include the maiden name or any other name the patient may be registered under.
While we always endeavour to meet any request we cannot guarantee specific time deliveries except for funeral and wedding orders. We will always contact you to discuss an alternative should there be an issue with your request.
