Flash Flowers offers same day flower delivery with a proviso for AM or PM delivery. Please be aware timed deliveries can be requested but cannot be promised. The most likely scenario to guarantee your timed delivery request is to order your flowers in advance. If you definitely need flowers delivering before a certain time, it’s better to order at least one day before the delivery date. Funeral deliveries take precedence and will always be delivered to time, but please once again be aware ordering funeral flowers on the day of the funeral may make this impossible. In summary AM or PM is a reasonable request that can usually be met by the florist, especially if the flowers are ordered a day in advance. If it’s a same day delivery, please be realistic, the florist will try their best to meet your deadline.

FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERIES

Monday to Friday:

Flash Flowers Offers same day delivery throughout Melbourne on orders placed before 2pm. same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed. Flower deliveries to residential addresses usually occur between 9:00am and 7:00pm.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

Saturday & Sunday flower deliveries can be arranged with Flash Flowers, but in order to guarantee a weekend Flower Delivery please be sure to order your flowers at least by Friday afternoon in advance. If your flower order is received on a Sunday for Sunday delivery it is possible the flowers may not be delivered until Monday. If this is the case, we will email and check you still wish for the flowers to be delivered.

Due to temporary availability issues and out of season flowers, we may find it necessary to substitute flowers, plants, gift items or containers/baskets. Every effort will be made by our florist to preserve the style and colour scheme of your order. All substitutions will be made of products of equal value or higher.
Please Note: All cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value. Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (i.e. your order is placed after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery) please call Flash Flowers on 03 96706851 during business hours Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement.
